- Walmart 2-Step Automation
- eBay Dropshipping services
- 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) services
- E-commerce platform management and optimization
- Inventory management and fulfillment
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt our services
- Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
- Provide necessary access to e-commerce platforms as required
4. Payment Terms
Fees: All services are subject to fees as outlined in our service agreements and pricing schedules.
Payment Schedule: Payments are due according to the terms specified in your service agreement.
Late Payments: Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.
Refunds: Refund policies are outlined in individual service agreements.
5. Service Level Agreement
Service Availability: We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
Performance: Service performance may vary based on external factors beyond our control.
Support: Technical support is available during business hours as outlined in your service agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Rights: All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and services remain our property.
Your Rights: You retain ownership of your business data and content.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for your business purposes.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
8. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Exclusions: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RT Destination from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
By You: You may terminate services with written notice as specified in your service agreement.
By Us: We may terminate services for violation of these terms or non-payment.
Effect: Upon termination, your access to services will cease, and you must pay any outstanding fees.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
13. Dispute Resolution
Negotiation: Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation.
Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties may agree to mediation.
Litigation: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through litigation.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
